The movie that the clip was from is called House of Detention:) It is an inspiring film that depicts the fate of two tourists who find their way into Van's dungeon. One of them becomes one of Van's most loyal slaves after assisting his new Master in many various acts of bondage depicted throughout the film, but when Van questions the toughness of his Alpha Slaves after chewing out another slave, accusing him of jacking off without concise proof, the Alpha Slaves start a revolt; ultimately, Van is captured and is tied up by his slaves. The slaves jack off on him and leave him tied up, which is the context of 'Get Back here' and 'FUCK YOU'. Afterwards, the tourist who accepted Van's Masterhood comes back to free him, telling Van that he will fetch him more slaves, and massages Van as he jacks off.
