A B N Shift And Enter Keys Not Working

I believe it's a driver related issue since when one of those three keys stops responding, the two other keys stops working too.I've contacted both my reseller and MSI and received the following suggestions but the problem is still persisting:. Update BIOS and EC to the latest version released on 5/29. Update SteelSeries Engine 3 to the latest version. Uninstall and install SCM (for Fn key specifically)Anyone else running into this issue? I know there was a thread here about this issue about 2 weeks ago (so it looks like it's affecting others) but I figured I'll make another post about it and see if anyone found a solution. I have the same issue, also HOME button is non functional. What I found is that after either holding down the button for a while, or repeatedly pressing the same key, it 'starts' working again, and if I keep pressing any of these buttons over and over again, they work.

But if I pause for 10-20 sec, they stop working again, until doing the same as above. Really, really annoying, especially the enter and FN key is kind of useful;) I will try the above and see if I can fix this to avoid sending it in for service since I absolutely think it is a software/firmware error.
