I recently installed the Single Player Apartment mod so that I could live in my Del Perro Heights apartment from GTA:O.
Mod worked great for a couple of days, then each time I pulled a car in the garage and the occupant put their feet on the ground the vehicle disappeared. Even the blue circle in the rear of the garage for car management is missing. If I walk to the rear of the garage I am prompted with the management window and all of my vehicles are there, just invisible.Has anyone else seen this? I installed a couple more mods after it worked originally, listed below. Sitting Mod.

Is there a known conflict between SPA and WOV or RDE?This is a fresh build so I won't lose anything but time starting fresh, I want to avoid that if I have missed some easy fix though.

Also, if you are running SPA, why when I switch characters can't I buy apartments anymore? Do I need to refresh scripts? Just learned about INSERT to do that today.Thanks!. The only solution I found was a complete reinstall. Deleted the game from steam, deleted the folder it resided in, wiped my backups and started again like I never owned the game.Working backward I've concluded it must have been a change that one of the realism packs forced in their package installers.
The only mods I didn't install this time around were Euphoria Ragdoll(doubtful this is the culprit) and one of the larger GTA realism packs that introduces World of Variety and other add-ons. I'm away from my machine, I'll update this later with the actual mod.
