Auto Rotate Surface Pro 4

Assuming you’ve tried all of the normal things (restart, updates, etc) try running this Troubleshooter from Microsoft.and try the steps in this post (assuming the troubleshooted didn’t work)If those don’t work for you, and you feel up to it technically, look in device manger. There should be a “Sensors” section. Under that, there should be an entry for “Simple Device Orientation Sensor”. If it’s there, make sure it’s enabled. If it is already enabled, try updating the driver software (right-click on it) and/or uninstalling the device and restarting your Surface (it should find it and re-install everything.)If all of the above fails, you’ll probably have to do a reset or refresh. If that fails, then it’s probably your hardware and you’ll need to contact Microsoft (or visit a Microsoft Store) for a warranty replacement.Tim.
