Mount And Blade Viking Conquest

Telling your army to use blunt weapons will make them knock all opponents out instead of killing them, meaning that they all will become prisoners but it also means your army will be a lot weaker since many units - especially archers - don't have blunt weapons and will start fighting with bare hands. However, Lords can't be killed and will be knocked out by any weapon, so using blunt weapons shouldn't be neccessary. I don't know how capturing them is influenced though, for me it appears there is a random chance of them escaping after battle even when knocked out.–May 15 '12 at 11:04.

I've played almost 5,000 hours of (modded) Warband over the years, and while I like how captive number is linked to size of your party, perhaps THE MOST irritating feature of VC-R is the difficulty of selling captives:1) Very few slave traders visit the mead halls; I've sometimes checked 5-6 in a row before finding a trader.2) A few port cities like Ribe have S-traders on the docks-but most do not. Not even Lundene.3) Prices are pretty meagre, compared to vanilla and every other mod I've played.Does anyone know of a mod that allows mead hosts to buy prisoners? Or that reworks the VC-R captive system?
