Starbound Steam Mods Not Working

/ Comments off

Could anyone help me find the path of Steam Workshop Mod File Location, Windows 7?Basically I am trying to port a mod from the Steam Workshop to Non-Steam A14. So I need to know where they install. ThanksSteam - Steamapps - Workshop - Content (Seems to be the answer, however the folders need to be manually renamed.)But I think it will work after manually renaming. For those of you who are modders please if possible upload both on and off of Steam. However re-naming the files is not the end of the world it took 2 mins. Two mins for 8 mods so it's all good.

Mine are located here:D:GamesSteamSteamAppsworkshopcontentNote, they aren't stored the same as they are on the non-steam mods. The folder names are numbers. For instance this is what my modsconfig.xml looks like with a mix of workshop and manual mods:1234CoreCommunity Core LibraryCommunity Core Library - Vanilla Tweaks5219116Incidentally, looking here is how I found their location. I saw the name of the mod was a number and then just searched the steam directory using one of the numbers above as the search term.

Brought me right to them all. Thank you Snownova I did the same exact thing. Now I feel less stupid. I placed the mod in the Steam folder. Booted up the game. Looked at the list.

Thought to myself well I guess the Steam users are.ed they can't use regular mods not from Steam Workshop sucks for them. Back to Sendowl for me! Which I plan to use Sendowl anyhow for the most part because I can make each folder of the game standalone and have multiple games going at the same time with independent mod and save folders. Then like 15 seconds after I closed the game it hit me how dumb I was! I was over thinking it and it's simple just put it in the normal Rimworld Mod folder.
